Creating Archives This is where you create archives that can be attached to your iPapers. This allows you to connect different iPapers to a common archive and so that the viewer can see different iPapers within the archive. 1. Select Archive from the Modules menu 2. Click on “new archive” 3. Name the archive Now click the archive you have created. Select the iPapers you want in this archive. Right-click on the file named “Root”. This will allow you to select your iPapers to apply to your archive, or create a subgroup for more organization. If you select “Select iPapers” this will open a small window where your iPaper will appear. Select the box next to each iPaper you wish to add to your archive. Statistics Report This allows you to create a statistic report at the category level for all iPapers included. To create a new report, right-click on your iPaper and select “Create Report”. Select everything you wish to view in your report. Select “Export report” to export and save. To get access to your saved reports, select the green module tab in the CMS and select “Statistics Report”. From here you can select the report you wish to view. |
