WARMUP JACKET Bust FITTED REGULAR FIT Determine Your Uniform Size Have the same person, preferably your CDT Sales Representative, measure all squad members. A sponsor or an experienced seamstress could also measure. DO NOT TAKE YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS. When being measured, wear the same undergarments you normally wear under your uniform. WAIST: Measure snugly around body at waistline. BUST/CHEST: With arms raised to shoulder level, measure around the fullest part of the chest. HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the hips. SKIRT LENGTH: Measure in back from the natural waistline, over hips, to desired length on leg. (Skirt length measurement is made from the bottom of the waistband to the hemline.) Available lengths: 12", 13", 14", 15", 16", 17". Select skirts available in additional lengths. GIRTH: Measure from the front of the shoulder down through the crotch and back to the same shoulder. Although the finest dyes are used in all items, materials and lots may absorb dye to slightly varying degrees and shading differences may occur. CDT cannot be responsible for matching items purchased from our catalog to those purchased from other suppliers. See color chart for approximate CDT colors. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 1. CDT stands behind all of our products. If we have manufactured a garment incorrectly or our merchandise is defective, CDT WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. If you have questions regarding custom merchandise, please call your local representative or our customer service department toll-free at 1-800-527-4366. 2. ALL CUSTOM-MADE GARMENTS OR LETTERED ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 3. You may be ordering uniforms for growing athletes. While CDT will remake custom items in the case of a defect in materials or workmanship, CDT is not responsible for replacing uniforms that have been outgrown. 4. All stockable items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days after the receipt of your merchandise. Simply follow the directions on the reverse side of your packing list to return or exchange any stockable merchandise. 5. Items that have been worn or soiled cannot be returned. 6. Washing instructions are printed clearly on all garment labels. Items not washed according to our labels are not returnable. DRY CLEANING IS NOT RECOMMENDED. Any dry cleaned items are not returnable. If you wish to have your merchandise dry cleaned, you or the dry cleaner must assume responsibility for damages. 7. Due to health regulations, briefs and bodysuits are not returnable. 8. Any shoe exchanges must be received in restockable condition and in their original box. There is no restocking fee associated with shoe returns. If shoes are not in restockable condition (CLEAN, UNLACED and in the ORIGINAL, UNMARKED BOX), they will be returned to you. 9. All uniform reorders with monogram or ECM must include a photocopy showing the style and placement of the lettering. Please include the original order number with uniform reorders with satin twill. SALES TAX If your organization is exempt from paying sales/use taxes, please submit your exemption certificate or other proof of exemption as required by your state with your order. Otherwise, please add applicable city/state sales/use taxes to your order. All personal credit cards, personal checks, and money orders require applicable city/state sales/use taxes by law. OTHER CONDITIONS All delivery schedules are projected. We assume no liability for delays in our failure to make delivery due to our inability to obtain supplies, raw materials, and labor, or to conditions over which we have no control, including the delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, war, or other unavoidable cause. USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS CDT garments are all easy care, easy wear. Use and care instructions are included with each garment. We recommend that no harsh detergents or bleach be used. Polyester garments should be washed separately in a full tub of warm water. Remove the garment promptly from the washer once the cycle is completed. Hang the garment to dry. DO NOT dry clean CDT uniforms. DO NOT use fabric softener on polyester garments as it may affect soil release properties. delivery Contact your local CDT representative or our Customer Service department or see varsity.com for current delivery schedules. Delivery schedules are approximate and may vary depending upon availability of products and time of the year your order is placed. Delivery schedule begins upon CDT’s entry and processing of your completed order in the main office. Please allow for transportation time in your area. CANCELLATIONS All CDT uniforms are specially made for the individual customer.
