SELECT your desired camp dates and complete all sections of the registration application. 2. BASIC TUITION is located on the grid below. Tuition for advisors is $35.00 and includes a UDA Advisor Manual, Routine Notebook, UDA Music CDs and free ONE MILLION DOLLAR liability insurance coverage for the 2009-2010 school year. 3. A REGISTRATION FEE of $50.00 per person must be sent with the registration application. This fee will reserve your dates and will apply toward your tuition payment. This registration fee is NOT REFUNDABLE. Full payment for each participant may be included with the registration application if desired. If you must cancel, UDA must receive written notice seven days in advance or no refund will be given. 4. REGISTRATION APPLICATION and deposit are due 45 days prior to your camp. Balance of tuition payment must be paid three weeks prior to your camp. Late registrations will be accepted on a first-comefirst served basis. If we have not received payment two weeks prior to your camp date, your camp will be placed on hold. Instructors will not be sent to camps with a balance due.Your registration will be processed much faster if you send only one school check, cashier’s check, or money order rather than separate checks for each individual team member. 5. COMPLETE INFORMATION about your camp will be available online on the new UDA Camp Reservation Tracker. After your camp is confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to obtain this information. A charge of $100 will be assessed for any changes made 2 weeks prior to your camp. 7. UDA DOES NOT COVER the cost of a facility for your Home Camp.
