Therefore, we have established the following rules of conduct and behavior for each participant while on tour. Each participant was chosen as an ALL AMERICAN CHEERLEADER or DANCER and it is indeed an honor, as they are representing their state, their hometown, their school, and most of all, their family and themselves.
