X-100 Deck Finish System Golden Red Maple Walnut Coverage: Outlast Concentrate mixed with four gallons of Mineral Spirits will give you 1000 SF coverage with a single coat. The factory recommends a two coat initial application of Outlast Concentrate so the net coverage of two coats of Outlast mixed with Mineral Spirits is 500 SF on outdoor wood. The five gallon bucket of Ready-To-Use is a one coat finish only that has been premixed with Deck Oil and will cover 1000 SF.
